Rating: 4 [ cool game ]
JEDI UNLEASHED is simple game that i enjoyed playing with my two sons. each player controls several jedi (3-6 depending on the number of players). the object of the game is to defeat as many battle droids and creatures as possible before yoda arrives on geonosis. this is when the game ends. also, if only one jedi is left standing the game will also end. the winner is the player who has the most enemy pawns on thier jedis game card. on your turn you can move one jedi and one enemy pawn. the jedi are tough as heck and will defeat an enemy with a light saber strike most of the time. you simply roll a white jedi die that has 4 light saber images and two yoda images on it. a light saber result means you get to claim an enemy pawn for the jedi. if yoda pops up you have to move the yoda pawn one space closer to his destination on the game board. enemy pawns attack the same way, but, your chances of defeating a jedi arent as high. i think that this game will be looked down upon by older gamers because of its simplicity, but, my sons (8 and 10) really enjoyed it. that in it self made me glad that i purchased this product.

My son (13) is an avid gamer of any type. He bought this game and sees it as pointless, too easy, and without any strategy. His 10 yr old sisters seem to agree. The Jedi attack battledroids and Geonosians - and win easily and predictably with a throw of the die. The droids and Geonosians attack the Jedi (again with a throw of the die)they are less likely to kill a Jedi. For children this age it is not entertaining at all. He also bought Star Wars Epic Duels - and loves it.
